Trigonometry

Learning the processes to solve practical problems employing trigonometric functions is the focus of the first half of this course. Topics will include right and oblique triangle trigonometry, verifying identities, multiple-angle formulas, and vectors. The algebra part of the course will review algebra basics and lead to studies in linear through polynomial functions, systems, matrices, and probability. Students are responsible for providing their own calculators for this class or renting one from the school. All instruction will be provided on TI 83/84 calculators
